Warranty terms and precautions for two-wheeled electric vehicles

I. Warranty terms

Warranty period:
The warranty period for this product is one year from the date of purchase (except for wearing parts).
The battery warranty period is six months, calculated from the date of purchase.
Warranty scope:
Under normal use, the company will provide free repair or replacement services for quality problems caused by manufacturing reasons.
Wearable parts (such as tires, brake pads, light bulbs, etc.) are not within the scope of free warranty.
Warranty conditions:
When purchasing a vehicle, please be sure to keep the purchase invoice and warranty card as warranty vouchers.
During the warranty period, if the product needs repair, please go to the after-sales service point designated by the company.
The company will not assume warranty responsibility for products that are disassembled, repaired or modified without the authorization of the company.

II. Precautions

Safe use:
Please check whether all parts of the vehicle are intact before use. If there is any abnormality, please stop using it immediately.
Observe traffic rules, do not overload, speed, or drink and drive, and ensure driving safety.
When driving in harsh environments such as rainy days and muddy roads, please slow down and drive slowly to avoid slipping or falling.
 Charging safety:
Please use a dedicated charger to charge the battery and make sure that the charger matches the battery.
When charging, please place the battery in a ventilated and dry place, and avoid high temperature, humidity and other environments.
Do not use the electric vehicle during charging to avoid danger.
Maintenance:
Clean the vehicle regularly and keep it clean.
Check the parts of the vehicle regularly to see if they are tight. If they are loose, please adjust them in time.
If you find that the vehicle has abnormal sounds or odors, please stop using it immediately and go to the after-sales service point for inspection.
Storage precautions:
When the electric vehicle is not used for a long time, please remove the battery and place it in a dry and ventilated place.
Avoid storing the electric vehicle in high temperature, humidity or direct sunlight to avoid damage to the vehicle.
